How it works
From the first call to the last court date
Five steps, the same for every case. You’ll always know which one you’re on.
- 01
Step 1: A twenty-minute video call
Tell us the charge, the court and the date. We tell you the fee and what happens next. There’s no charge for this call.
- 02
Step 2: The fee, in writing
We send an engagement letter with the flat fee, what it covers and what it doesn’t. Nothing starts until you sign it.
- 03
Step 3: The deadline, first
If there’s a license hearing to ask for, we file for it before anything else, often the same day.
- 04
Step 4: The evidence, read in full
Reports, test records and video. Then a second video call to tell you what we found and what your choices are.
- 05
Step 5: Court, with or for you
We appear in court for you where it’s allowed, and beside you, in person or on video, where it isn’t.
By video
An office downtown, a practice on screen
Most clients never come to the office. They live in Savannah, Augusta, Dalton or Valdosta, and they’re charged in a court hours from home. So we meet on video, sign by email and appear in court where it counts.
The office on Peachtree Street is there when you want to sit across a table. Book a time and we’ll be in.

Start with step one tonight
Video calls run until nine on weeknights.
